Refunds & Cancellations

Get One Spot sells one optional product: Spot Pass, a $5.99 lifetime software membership. Gameplay itself is free. Please read this before you pay.

No refunds

No refunds are available. Spot Pass is a digital software license delivered as soon as payment succeeds. Once payment is confirmed, the membership is granted and the sale is final.

Cancellations

You may close the checkout window before you complete payment. No amount is captured for abandoned checkouts, so there is nothing to cancel after a failed or incomplete attempt.

After a successful payment you cannot cancel the order. A software license cannot be returned.

Failed or duplicate charges

If money left your account but extras did not unlock, email getonespot@gmail.com with your phone number and order ID. We will check the payment and grant the extra if it was paid. We do not issue cash refunds; we fulfill the purchase.

Restore instead of refund

Extras stay with your lifetime key. If you changed phones or cleared the browser, open Shop → Restore with your key or the phone used to pay. That is how you get extras back — not through a refund.
