Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Get One Spot at https://getonespot.lol. By creating a room, joining a match, or buying Spot Pass, you agree to them. You must be 13 or older.

1. The service

Get One Spot is free social software for two people to play casual board and party games in a private room. You do not need an account. There is no deposit, no wallet, no in-game currency, and no prize of money. Matches are for fun only.

2. Spot Pass (the only paid product)

Spot Pass is a one-time software membership / digital license priced at $5.99 USD (about ₹499 INR). It unlocks profile features: reserved username, custom profile photo, vanity invite link, extra reactions, and room theme. It is not a game item, loot box, coin pack, or wager. Play stays free without it. Digital delivery only. No physical goods.

3. Lifetime extras without an account

Because play does not require login, Spot Pass is tied to a lifetime license key stored on your device and to the phone number used at checkout. Keep your key. If you switch devices, use Restore in the Shop.

4. Acceptable use

Do not cheat with unauthorized bots, attack the service, impersonate others, or use the platform for anything illegal. We may close rooms or refuse shop access if these terms are broken.

5. Payments

Checkout is handled by our payment partner. A successful payment grants Spot Pass. Failed or abandoned checkouts are not charged.

6. Refunds

All Spot Pass licenses are digital and delivered immediately. No refunds are available. See our Refunds & Cancellations page.

7. Availability

Games, rooms, and the Shop are provided as-is. Real-time play depends on your network and the other player. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
